What If you Compare yourself as a flower

Flowers are essential in everyday life, and they are considered as an effective way to express love and affection.

“Every flower is a soul blossoming in nature.” — Gerard De Nerval

Have you ever considered yourself as a flower? It may sound like crazy as many people compare themselves about things that have life or to successful persons. It may sound weird, but after reading the article, you will find it useful. Let me share a beautiful dream in which I became a flower that speaks.

I was one of the participants watching a magical show in which a magician was performing his skills on different people. At one point of time, he called me and transformed me into a beautiful flower that has life and can speak!

To my surprise, on one fine morning, I sensed something unusual. I was a flower in a garden. There were people around me. Many of them just saw me and went away and few of them standing in front of me arguing that they will take me along with them.

While there were many flowers in the garden, I had my own uniqueness and charm for which many people tried to pluck me from the garden and take me with them.

I heard their voices and replied, “Hey, I will come with you only if I know what you are thinking to do about me”.

As I was just wondering, they formed a queue and started to tell me what they will do. I told them to form a queue according to gender/age group, behaviour and profession.

Here are the replies:

According to the Age group:

A child below 5 years: “You are colorful to look at. I will play with you”.

A girl of 10–15 years: It’s a festival season. “I will decorate you on a rangoli/mandala art that I made.”

A boy of 10–15 years: “I don’t know what to do. I just came as my mother told me to do so”.

A Bridegroom: “You are so beautiful and charming with a sweet smell that I am willing to put it on my hair on the day of my wedding.”

According to the profession:

Gardener: “I will let you remain in the garden so that people will see you and feel happy.

Architect/interior designer: “Ah! I will decorate you in a glass jar filled with water in a home interior so that the residents will feel lively and connect with nature’s beauty.”

Artist: “I will consider you as my inspiration and paint a beautiful landscape picture seeing you.”

Priest: “I will decorate you as a garland and wear it on God’s Statue.”

Event Organizer: “Wow! What a pleasant smell you have. I will decorate you in my upcoming events such as function halls, stages, etc.

Landscape designer: “I will design my landscape project with you to create a blissful garden as you are lively and bright full.”

And the list goes on.

According to the behavior:

A happy person: “I will just see you all the time and it makes me feel happy.”

A cruel one: “I will tear you into pieces and eat till my hunger satisfies.”

A devotee: “I am thinking to use for my God’s photo and will let you make as a part of devotion.”

I said something that I could not remember, but everyone felt happy around me

I was wandering with what I should do next? Suddenly I woke up with the striking sound of my alarm. I came back to my senses and thinking about for next hours.

The thoughts I could relate:

These thoughts can be related to “what people think about me.” There would be so many people thinking different things about me, maybe good or bad.

People think about us depending on their way of thinking depending on various factors related to their life. So why do we need to worry about what people think if I do this or that or so on? Every person is unique with special beauty, charm, skills, etc. Just as a flower has its own.

Do you feel relaxed and stopped worrying about what others will think about you? Do you agree with me?
